About the Excel Fellowship Executive Cohort

The Excel Fellowship, powered by Birthright Israel, has launched the Executive Cohort. The Excel Fellowship is a prestigious global community of 1,500+ top Jewish professionals from over 20 countries focused on connection with Israel, business leadership, and Jewish identity. The Executive Cohort, which is designed for Jewish executives with ten or more years of business experience, will begins with a five-month immersive experience which will evolve into lifelong engagement with the Fellowship. Intended for those eager to shape the Jewish future, this exclusive program fosters personal growth, professional advancement, and a deeper connection with Israel and Jewish identity.

Excluding the optional Excel Global Summit in March, the program consists of 3 equivalent days in Philadelphia and 6 days in Israel
